So, after calling and leaving 2 messages with the short sale negotiator on monday, I never got a return call.  This is to be expected, and you the agent, have to be persistent.  So first thing this morning, Tuesday, I placed a call to the negotiator.  I was shocked as he answered the phone.   After going throught some formalities, he finally opened the account and took a hard look at the file.  He then informed me he needed additional information from the seller and a sample hud which I called the attorney and that will be ready by tomorrow.  I was able to get all the necessary info from the seller this evening and I will fax over to the negotiator tomorrow. I will then need to follow up to make sure he received all the necessary info.
