Short Sale Part 2

So i'm updating my short sale process on the lake glenville area property. After faxing the paperwork into Chase, they told me it could be up to 20 business days before a negotiator will call. By day 10 i had a message from the negotiator to call them. I did first thing this morning and got his voicemail. 6 hours later, i have not had a call back.
