I had a log home closing yesterday.  The home was located in the lake glenville area.  I had listed it back in April of 2010 so it was on the market 8 months before I got an offer.  The home was built in 2001 and was approximately 2500sqft. on 3 acres.  I had it listed for 246k and the final sales price was 220k.  The buyer got a great deal and the seller was happy as they were ready to take the money and invest it for retirement.
